Teaching Primary English Outdoors (Zoom)
This course will support English Subject Leads to take English learning beyond the classroom walls. We will demonstrate how purposeful outdoor learning can strengthen literacy and oracy outcomes, increase engagement and support whole-school wellbeing.
This session will enable leaders to support all staff to use the outdoor school environment to:

Improve writing, vocabulary, oracy and comprehension

Raise pupil engagement and motivation

Support staff confidence and creativity in delivering English beyond the classroom

Enhance pupil and teacher wellbeing.
Participants will leave with clear, actionable strategies to enrich English provision and confidently implement outdoor learning within their school setting.
